Auckland Windsurfing Association was formed by windsurfers for windsurfers.
Our goals are simple:
- Provide a collective voice for windsurfers when our playground is at risk
- Organise competitions and events within the Auckland region
- Promote and grow the sport of windsuring within Auckland

Summer is over and winter is upon us. It was a great season for the AWA last year
with loads of successfull events but lets make the 2010/2011 season even better.
The New events calender is currently being put together so keep tuned to this
website and we look forward to seeing you down at the beach in the new season.
If you are not a member of the AWA yet make sure you become a member before
the new season so you can take full advantage of all the event discounts and other
offers that come up.
